Spinach Salad with Sweet Parsley Dressing |

Ingredients:
1 (10 oz.) package(s) frsh baby spinach |
6 slice(s) bacon cooked and crumbled |
1/2 cup(s) jarlsberg cheese shredded |
1/2 cup(s) chopped walnuts toasted |
1/2 cup(s) sugar |
1/2 cup(s) white wine vinegar |
2 tablespoon(s) canola oil |
1 green onion thinly sliced |
1 teaspoon(s) worchestershire sauce |
1 teaspoon(s) prepared mustard |
1/4 teaspoon(s) frshly ground pepper |
Directions:
1. In screwtop jar, combine sugar, vinegar, oil, onion, parsley, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, and pepper. Cover and shake well. Chill for at least 1 hour. In a salad bowl, combine spinach, bacon, cheese, and walnuts. Shake dressing and pour over salad. Toss lightly. |
