Spinach Salad With Sweet And Sour Dressing |

I serve this with grilled steak and a baked potato. Ingredients:
1/2 cup brown sugar |
1/3 cup cider vinegar |
1 tablespoon worcestershire sauce |
1/2 cup vegetable oil |
1/3 cup ketchup |
8 cups fresh spinach, torn |
1 can bean sprouts, drained |
1 (8 ounce) can sliced water chestnuts, drained |
4 hard cooked eggs, sliced |
6 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1 small red onion, thinly sliced into rings |
Directions:
1. Whisk together brown sugar, vinegar, Worcestershire, oil and ketchup. Set aside. 2. In serving bowl, combine remaining ingredients. 3. Pour enough dressing over to coat. |
