Spinach Salad With Strawberry Vinaigrette |

From a local grocery store. Ingredients:
3 tablespoons sugar |
3 tablespoons white wine vinegar |
2 tablespoons chopped red onions |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
3/4 teaspoon salt |
1/3 cup olive oil |
3/4 cup sliced strawberry |
1 (10 ounce) package fresh spinach |
1 cup sliced strawberry |
1/4 cup diced red onion |
Directions:
1. In work bowl of food processor fitted with steel knife, process sugar, vinegar, 2 Tbs. onion, dry mustard and salt. With machine running, slowly pour oil through feed tube, processing until thick. Add 3/4 cup strawberries; process until smooth. Chill several hours or overnight. 2. In large salad bowl, combine remaining ingredients; toss with dressing. Serve immediately. |
