A delicious, gourmet salad that takes only minutes to prepare! Tangy bottled Creamy Balsamic dressing pairs well with the sharp gorgonzola cheese and pecans give crunch and protein. Ingredients:
1 baby spinach (organic preferred) |
1 cup pecan halves (slightly broken) |
2 ounces gorgonzola (crumbled) |
2 cups strawberries (sliced) |
1/4 cup red onion (sliced thin and rough chopped) |
balsamic dressing (ken's creamy balsamic with honey bottled dressing) |
fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Divide all ingredients onto 4 plates, and drizzle each with dressing and lightly ground pepper on top! 2. If saving for later, add dressing right before serving. |
