This is a colorful, healthy salad with great textures and flavors. Perfect as an entree or side dish. Ingredients:

8 oz. baby spinach leaves |
1 cup pomegranate seeds |
1/2 cup almonds (raw slivers) |
2 oz. feta cheese crumbles |
dressing |
2 tbsp olive oil |
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar |
2 tsp dijon mustard |
1-2 tsp agave nectar (to taste - how sweet you'd like it) |
sea salt & black pepper (freshly ground) to taste |
Directions:
