Spinach salad with chopped walnuts and sprinkling of feta cheese. I add 1/8 cup dried fruit (cranberries or blueberries, etc. - add 45 calories) and 1 tsp. Emeril's balsamic vinaigrette (add 15 calories) for a total of 180 calories. (This recipe only counts the main ingredients b/c cc doesn't list Emeril's dressing.)
Ingredients:
2 cups spinach
1/2 ounce walnuts
1/2 ounce feta cheese
