Warm bacon dressing Ingredients:
5 slices bacon |
1 1/2 teaspoons finely chopped shallots |
1/2 cup red wine vinegar |
honey mustard |
Directions:
1. Cook bacon, reserve 2 tsp of fab in skillet. Add shallot. Cook about 2 minutes. Whisk in vinegar and mustard. Season with salt and pepper. Pour over spinach salad. |
