Ingredients:
1 (10-ounce) package fresh spinach |
1/2 cup thinly sliced red onion, separated into rings |
1 (8-ounce) package presliced mushrooms |
2 tablespoons sesame seeds |
3 tablespoons cider vinegar |
2 tablespoons water |
2 tablespoons honey |
1 tablespoon dijon mustard |
1 tablespoon vegetable oil |
1/2 teaspoon pepper |
1 garlic clove, minced |
Directions:
1. Tear spinach into bite-size pieces, and place in a large bowl. Add onion and mushrooms; set aside. Combine sesame seeds and next 7 ingredients (sesame seeds through garlic) in a jar. Cover tightly, and shake vigorously. Pour over salad; toss well. |
