2 lbs spinach |
2 cups water chestnuts, sliced thin |
4 hard boild eggs, sliced |
1 large red onion, sliced in rings |
8 ounces bean sprouts |
1 cup crouton |
1 cup canola oil |
3/4 cup sugar |
2 teaspoons salt |
1 teaspoon worcestershire sauce |
2 cloves garlic, crushed |
1/2 cup catsup |
1/2 cup red wine vinegar |
Directions:
1. Combine all salad ingredients. 2. Combine all dressing ingredients. 3. Add croutons to salad when dressing. Use only amount of dressing needed when tossing salad together. |
