3 1/3 cups water |
1 1/2 cups uncooked long-grain rice |
1 1/2 cups chopped spinach leaves |
1/4 teaspoon ground red pepper |
1/4 to 1/2 teaspoon grated fresh ginger |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
Directions:
1. Bring water to a boil in a medium saucepan; add rice. Cover, reduce heat, and simmer 20 minutes or until liquid is absorbed. Stir in spinach and remaining ingredients. |
