1 banana |
1 cup frozen raspberries |
1 cup orange juice |
1 (650 g) container non-fat strawberry yogurt |
8 baby carrots |
1/2 cup fresh spinach |
2 teaspoons flax seed oil |
2 scoops vanilla protein powder (any brand) |
1/4 cup oatmeal (dry) |
ice cube |
Directions:
1. Place all ingredients in a blender. 2. Blend until smooth. |
