Great dip for veggies Ingredients:
3/4 cup sour cream |
1/2 cup ranch dressing |
300 g frozen spinach, chopped, thawed well drained |
1/2 cup carrot, finely shredded |
1/2 cup yellow pepper, finely chopped |
Directions:
1. Mix sour cream and dressing in a medium bowl until well blended. 2. Add remaining ingredients, mix well. Cover. 3. Refrigerate at least 1 hour before serving. |
