Spinach Quiche- The Best Ever |

A super good spinch quiche that also has zucchini and three different kinds of cheese and is very easy to make Ingredients:
1 deep dish pie crust |
1/2 bag spinach, chopped |
1 cup zucchini, grated |
1/3 cup feta cheese |
1/2 cup onion, chopped |
1 teaspoon crushed garlic |
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese |
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese |
1/2 cup plain yogurt |
1/2 cup cream |
4 eggs |
1 tablespoon flour |
1 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon oregano |
1/4 teaspoon nutmeg |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees. 2. Mix together all ingredients except pie crust (obviously) 3. Bake pie crust for 7 minutes 4. Reduce heat to 325 5. Pour filling into crust 6. Bake 1 hour or until knife inserted in center comes out clean 7. Let cool and enjoy! |
