This quiche is my favorite. My children love it too, and it's a great way to get them to each spinach without complaining. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach |
1 cup milk |
4 eggs (beaten) |
1/4 cup chopped onion |
4 slices bacon (fried and broken in pieces) |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon paprika |
1/2 teaspoon dry mustard |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
1 (9 inch) pie crusts |
1/4 cup cheddar cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook the spinach and drain well. 2. Mix remaining ingredients and add to spinach. 3. Put in unbaked pie shell. 4. Sprinkle 1/4 Cup cheese on top. 5. Bake at 400 degrees for 40 minutes. |
