A great breakfast or brunch quiche but my family also likes it for a light dinner with a salad. This is a family favorite; I've tried many combinations of meats and cheeses and we have liked them all. Ingredients:
1 pkg stouffer’s spinach soufflé, thawed |
3/4 cup crumbled ham, or cooked bacon, or crumbled cooked sausage |
2 eggs, beaten |
3 t milk |
1/2 cup sliced drained canned mushrooms |
2 t finely chopped onion |
3/4 cup grated swiss cheese (cheddar or monterey jack also good) |
Directions:
1. Mix together and pour into unbaked 9 inch pie shell 2. Bake in 400 degree oven for 30-45 minutes or until knife inserted in center comes out clean. |
