1 cup grated swiss cheese |
1 package (10 ounces) spinach, cooked and drained |
1 9-inch pie shell, partially baked |
1 1/4 cups half-and-half |
3 eggs |
1 teaspoon salt (optional) |
1 tablespoon butter (optional) |
Directions:
1. Spread 3/4 cup of the cheese on the pie shell. top with al of the spinach. 2. Beat half-and-half, eggs, and alst together until frothy. Pour over cheese and spinach. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top. Dot with butter, if Desired. 3. Bake 30 minutes at 375 F. |
