10 oz frozen spinach |
1 egg |
1 small onion |
1/4 cup parmesan cheese |
1/2 clove garlic |
1/2 tsp. salt |
1/4 cup water |
1 fresh ground pepper |
Directions:
1. Cook Spinach 2-3 minutes. Drain. 2. Saute Onion and Garlic in 1/4 Cup Water 3. until transparent. 4. Add Spinach. COOL 5. Add egg, cheese, salt and pepper. 6. Reserve tiny amount of cheese to sprinkle on top. 7. Bake 15 min 375* oven 8. Enjoy |
