Low carb, make ahead quiche Ingredients:
3/4 c egg whites |
3/4 c mozzarella, part skim milk cheese |
10 oz frozen spinach |
1/4 c green peppers |
1/4 c onion |
Directions:
1. Mix ingredients. Place liners in 12 cupcake pan. Spray liners with Pam. Bake at 350 for 20 minutes or until knife comes out clean. Can be reheated in microwave. |
