Spinach and egg quiche Ingredients:
1 package of frozen spinach |
1 tablespoon of olive oil |
3 eggs |
3/4 cup 2% milk |
1 pie crust, whole wheat |
1 cup sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |
Directions:
1. Sautee spinach in olice oil and seasonings- basil, salt, pepper 2. Spread shredded cheese on frozen pie crust 3. Spread spinach on top of frozen pie crust 4. Blend eggs and milk 5. Pour on top of spinach 6. Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until top of quiche is bouncy to the touch |
