Spinach Puff (Yummy, Not Healthy) |

This recipe is from my pre-eating healthy days. I remember it being so yummy, however, that I wasn't willing to throw it away. I might make it for a potluck someday, just to get another taste of it. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach (or broccoli) |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 cup cream of mushroom soup |
1/8 cup whole milk |
1 egg |
1 cup parmesan cheese (grated) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees. 2. Cook spinach (or broccoli). 3. Put in a greased baking dish. 4. Mix all other ingredients together. 5. Spoon over spinach (or broccoli). 6. Bake for 40 minutes. |
