This is a favorite of my family. They request it for every holiday family gathering as well as many times in between! Ingredients:
8 ounces cream cheese, softened |
3 eggs, beaten |
1/4 cup butter |
1 cup shredded cheddar cheese |
2 (10 ounce) boxes frozen spinach (regular or chopped) |
3 tablespoons flour |
salt |
Directions:
1. Thaw& drain spinach; squeeze out moisture. 2. Mix all ingredients and pour into greased 8x8 pan. 3. Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 1 hour or until lightly browned. |
