Egg beater omelet Ingredients:
1/4 c egg beaters |
1/4 c spinach |
27 g provolone cheese |
Directions:
1. 1/4 c egg beaters in non-stick pan with Pam spray.(heated) 2. 1/4 c spinach chopped and sprinkled over cooking egg. 3. 27 g provolone cheese, place on cooking omelet, fold and serve. |
