Delicious herb, garlic and spinach appetizers that we had while at a friends house. Ingredients:
2 8oz pkgs. refrigerated crescent rolls |
1 7oz. pkg herb and garlic cheese spread(i used boursin) |
1 10oz. pkg frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained(i wring out in a dish towel to get it good) |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 400 2. Split crescent dough in half along center perforation. Flatten one rectangle, sealing perforations. 3. Spread with 1/4 of the cheese and sprinkle with spinach. Starting with long side, roll dough up,rolling back and forth several times to seal edges. 4. Cut into 3/4 slices(about 15 per roll). Arrange the slices an inch apart on ungreased cookie sheet. Continur making the crescent roll ups until all ingredients are used. 5. Bake for 10-12 mins, until lightly browned. Serve immediately or keep warm on warming tray. 6. I made them up a few hours before hand and refrigerated until ready to bake them. 7. Enjoy! |
