Ingredients:
1 package(s) frozen chopped spinach (10 oz) drained |
1/2 pound(s) feta or cheddar cheese |
1 pint(s) cottage cheese (2 cups) |
4 eggs |
6 tablespoon(s) flour |
1/2 teaspoon(s) salt |
1/2 teaspoon(s) pepper |
1 teaspoon(s) butter (for greasing pan) |
Directions:
1. Thaw and drain spinach. 2. Grate or crumble cheese 3. Mix spinach, cheese, and cottage cheese in one bowl. 4. In another bowl mix eggs, flour, and salt and pepper. 5. Combine two mixtures. 6. Pour into greased 9 square pan. 7. Bake at 350 degrees 1 hour or until pie pulls away from edges of pan. 8. Let cool. |
