Easy to make and delicious. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) pkge. frozen chopped spinach, thawed, drained |
1 (16 ounce) container sour cream |
1 (3 ounce) can french fried onion rings |
1 (4 ounce) can chopped mushrooms, drained |
1 (8 ounce) pkge. cheddar cheese, shredded |
3 eggs |
Directions:
1. Mix spinach, sour cream, mushrooms, cheddar cheese, eggs and half of french fried onion rings in mixing bowl. 2. Empty into 2 quart baking dish. 3. Bake at 350 degress for 40 minutes. 4. Top with remaing french fried onion rings and bake for 10 minutes more. |
