This recipe is really good. I eat this on a cool,cold morning or I eat it for a light lunch. It's really good. I got this one off the message boards for . I also subsititute fat free ricotta cheese for the fat free cottage cheese. You can use both they are very good. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package spinach, frozen, chopped, thawed & drained |
1/2 cup fat-free cheddar cheese, shredded |
1 cup fat-free cottage cheese |
2 garlic cloves |
3 eggs |
1/2 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
Directions:
1. Preheat over to 350 degrees. Mix all ingredients; pour into a Pam sprayed pie dish and bake for 45 minute Cut into 4 wedges. |
