Another great little appetizer for get-togethers. Ingredients:
16 spinach ravioli |
1/2 c olive oil |
2 tbs pesto sauce |
1/2 c bottled viaigrette |
Directions:
1. Boil the ravioli as label directs. Drain;pat dry. Fry the ravioli on both sides ,1-2 mins. Drain on paper towels. 2. Mix pesto sauce with vinaigrette. Place ravioli on skewers and dip in sauce. |
