Whole wheat penne pasta with spinach, canadian bacon, onion, tomatoes, garlic, and parm.
Ingredients:
2 1/2 oz. whole wheat penne
2 oz. canadian bacon
1 cup tomatoes, diced
2 cups spinach, chopped
1/2 cup onion, chopped
2 tbsp. cheese, parmasean
1 tbsp. garlic, minced
Directions:
1. Cook pasta until tender; set aside
2. Saute onion, spinach, and garlic in olive oil
3. Add tomatoes and canadian bacon until heated through
4. Toss all ingredience together in bowl, top with parmasean cheese and serve
