Spinach-Pear Salad

Ingredients:
1 tablespoon chopped walnuts
4 cups fresh spinach leaves, trimmed and chopped
2 tablespoons fat-free honey-dijon dressing
1 ripe pear, unpeeled, cored, and thinly sliced
1 tablespoon crumbled blue cheese
Directions:
1. Place a heavy skillet over high heat until hot; add walnuts, and cook, stirring constantly, 1 minute or until toasted. Set aside.
2. Combine spinach and dressing; toss well. Arrange spinach mixture evenly on 5 individual salad plates. Arrange pear slices evenly over spinach mixture; sprinkle salads evenly with blue cheese and walnuts.
