Ingredients:
200 g baby spinach leaves
2 yellow nectarines, sliced
15 snow peas, blanched
125 g brie cheese, cut into wedges
1/4 cup kraft* balsamic italian dressing
black pepper, to serve
Directions:
1. Combine spinach leaves, nectarines, snowpeas and cheese wedges.
2. Drizzle salad with dressing, and garnish with cracked black pepper.
