A simple healthy dip for a party! goes great with just about any vegetable or Ritz crackers! Ingredients:
2 cups of greek plain yogurt |
1/4 cup mayonnaise |
1/2 packet of onion dip mix |
1 carrot finely chopped |
1 large bellpepper |
1 cup of spinach finely chopped |
1/4 tsp of pepper |
2 celery sticks |
1 cucumber |
1/2 head of broccoli |
1 medium carrot |
1/2 roll of ritz crackers |
Directions:
1. in small bowl add yougurt, mayyonaise, onion dip mix, and pepper. mix until smooth and creamy. 2. add the carrot and spinach. 3. set aside and bring out the bellpepper 4. cut in half making one side larger than the other. 5. hollow out the bellpepper and remove all the seeds set on table as if its a bowl. 6. pour the mix into the larger half of the bell pepper, fill to the top 7. cut up the cucumber, carrots, and remaining half of the bellpepper into strips. also cut up the broccoli into bite size pieces. 8. put the bellpepper on a large plate and circle with the vegetables and ritz crackers. 9.
