Fastest, easiest, best-tasting spinach souffle ever. This is how I got my kids to eat spinach. Ingredients:
2 packages chopped frozen spinach |
1/2 pint sour cream (regular, light, or imo) |
1 envelope onion dip mix |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350. 2. Boil or microwave spinach until soft. 3. Mix ingredients in medium casserole dish. 4. Cover, bake 30 minutes. |
