Directions:
1. PLACE ONION IN 2 LITRE CASSEROLE DISH.COVER WITH LID,MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 3 MINUTES,STIRRING ONCE DURING COOKING. ADD SPINACH,COVER.MICROWAVE ON HIGH FOR 5 MINUTES OR UNTIL SPINACH IS THAWED,STIRRING TWICE WHILE COOKING. STIR IN SOUP,SOUR CREAM,CHEESE,PEPPER,NUTMEG AND CAYENNE.
