Ramen noodles baked with spinach and cheese ... so delicious! I got this recipe from my wonderful sister-in-law. I wasn't sure what to think of this dish the first time she brought it to a family gathering, but it turned out to be wonderful and is now a family favorite! Read more ! You can add more cheese or spinach depending on your personal preferences. I recently used fresh chopped spinach in this recipe and it turned out very well! Ingredients:
4 packs of top ramen (chicken flavor) |
1/2 of stick butter |
12 oz of sour cream |
16 oz (or more) of monterey jack cheese |
2 12 oz. packages of frozen chopped spinach |
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 300 Degrees F. 2. Cook Ramen Noodles as directed on package, season and drain. 3. Cook Spinach. 4. Combine Ramen Noodles, Spinach, Butter, Sour Cream and Cheese in a large bowl. 5. Transfer to a 9 x 13 pan and bake for 30 minutes. |
