Low fat quiche Ingredients:
16 oz egg beaters |
1 cup 2% milk |
2 ounces swiss cheese |
1 cup frozen spinach |
1/2 mushrooms |
Directions:
1. Mix egg beaters and milk. Add in spinach and mushrooms. Pour into coated dish, spinkled with cheese. Bake at 400 for 35 minutes. |
