Spinach Mash With Garlic and Fetta |

From Australian Table magazine Ingredients:
1 kg potato, peeled and cubed |
5 garlic cloves, peeled |
180 ml cream |
40 g butter |
500 g frozen spinach, thawed, drained |
100 g feta, crumbled |
Directions:
1. Boil, steam or microwave potatoes and garlic together till tender. 2. Drain, mash till smooth. 3. Heat cream and butter in a pot on low till butter melts. 4. Add spinach and stir to combine. 5. Mix into mash. 6. Fold through fetta. 7. Season to taste. |
