Ingredients:
1 package(s) 10 oz. fresh spinach, torn |
1 jar(s) 16oz. salsa |
11/4 cup(s) dried lentils (rinsed) |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1 ounce(s) onion(peeled, diced) |
3/4 teaspoon(s) salt |
1 cup(s) shredded carrots |
6 cup(s) water |
Directions:
1. In lg. pan, saute carrots and ionion in oil until tender. Add water, salsa, lentils, and salt. Bring to boil. Reduce heat, cover and simmer for 50-60 min. longer. |
