Spinach Lasagna Rolls

Lasagna
Ingredients:
4 ounces cream cheese, softened (1/2 of 8 ounce package)
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed, well drained
1 1/4 cups shredded low-moisture whole milk mozzarella cheese, divided
1 1/4 cups grated parmesan cheese
6 lasagna noodles, cooked, drained
2 cups spaghetti sauce
Directions:
1. Heat oven to 375°F Mix cream cheese, spinach, 1 cup mozzarella and Parmesan until well blended; spread onto noodles. Roll up tightly.
2. Place, seam-side down, in 9-inch square baking dish; top with sauce and remaining cheeses.
3. Bake 30 minutes or until heated through.
4. KITCHEN TIPS:.
5. Substitute: Save 30 calories, 3 grams of fat and 3 grams of saturated fat per serving by preparing with Neufchatel cheese and 2% milk shredded mozzarella cheese.
6. Special Extra: Stir chopped fresh basil and/or sliced mushrooms into sauce before using as directed.
