Spinach in Garlic Sauce With Lemon |

An authentic chinese dish in an easy preparation Ingredients:
1 garlic clove, chopped |
2 teaspoons garlic, minced |
1 teaspoon gingerroot, chopped |
500 g spinach |
180 g shiitake mushrooms |
1/2 lemon juice |
3 teaspoons all-purpose flour |
180 g firm tofu |
3/4 cup water |
1 teaspoon salt |
1 teaspoon sesame oil |
1 tablespoon canola oil |
Directions:
1. In a wok, fry the garlic together with the ginger for 1 minute 2. Prepare the mixture by combining 3/4 cup water, 2 teaspoons minced garlic, 1/2 lemon juice, 1/2 teaspoons salt and 3 teaspoons all-purpose flour 3. Add the spinach and stir-fry for 1 minute then add the mixture 4. Add the sliced Shiitake Mushrooms and simmer for 1 minute. 5. Add the diced Firm Tofu. |
