Serve hot or cold with pita bread, pita chips, or fresh veggie. Ingredients:
1 3/4 cups garbanzo beans |
1/2 cup fresh spinach, chopped |
1/4 cup tahini |
2 tablespoons garlic |
3 tablespoons lemon juice |
2 tablespoons olive oil |
1/4 teaspoon kosher salt |
Directions:
1. In a food processor, process beans, garlic, spinanch and olive oil. 2. Add lemon and salt and blend. 3. If spinach hummus if too thick, add 1 tablespoon wter until desired consistency. Hummus should be smooth and creamy. 4. Can be made 2 days in advance and stored in airtight container in the refrigerator. |
