From Rival CrockPot Family Favorites Ingredients:
2 boxes (8 1/2 oz each) corn bread mix |
3 eggs |
1/2 cup cream |
1 box (10 oz) frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained |
1 cup crumbled gorgonzola cheese |
1 tsp ground black pepper |
paprika (optional) |
Directions:
1. Coat slow cooker with nonstick cooking spray. 2. Mix all ingredients in medium bowl. 3. Pour batter into slow cooker. 4. Cover; cook on HIGH 1 1/2 hours. 5. Sprinkle top with paprika for more colorful crust, if desired. 6. Let bread cool completely before inverting onto serving platter. 7. NOTE: Cook only on HIGH setting for proper crust and texture. |
