Ingredients:
16 ounce(s) angel hair pasta |
1/2 pound(s) cooked shrimp or cut up cooked chicken |
10 ounce(s) frozen chopped spinach |
6 clove(s) garlic, minced |
1 tablespoon(s) olive oil |
1/4 cup(s) shredded parmesean |
Directions:
1. Cook the pasta in a large pot of boiling salted water until al dente. Drain. 2. Heat oil in a large skillet. Add the garlic, and cook for 1 minute. Add the spinach and the chicken or shrimp. Saute until warm, then add the cooked pasta. Mix well, and cook for approximately 2 minutes, stirring often. Top with cheese. Serve. |
