Spinach filling for Ravioli |

One of my favorites-great with extra cheese. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry |
1/2 cup parmesan cheese |
2 egg yolks |
1 teaspoon butter |
1/4 teaspoon salt |
1/4 teaspoon pepper |
1/8 teaspoon ground nutmeg (optional) |
pasta dough |
Directions:
1. Mix together all ingredients well and stuff pasta. |
