Spinach Fettuccini With Poppy Seeds

Ingredients:
4 tablespoons butter
1 cup fresh spinach leaves, chiffonade cut
1 clove garlic, crushed
1 tablespoon poppy seed
12 ounces fresh spinach, fettuccini
grated parmesan cheese
Directions:
1. Melt the butter in a medium skillet; stir in the spinach and garlic.
2. Cook, covered, 5 minutes or until the spinach is wilted. Add the poppy seeds and keep warm.
3. Meanwhile cook the fettuccini in plenty of boiling salted water until al dente, about 2 minutes.
4. Drain and toss with the spinach mixture. Serve with grated cheese.
