Spinach, Feta & Bresaola Pizza |

Feel free to substitute full fat feta and real olive oil for this pizza. This is just a lower calorie version. It tastes fabulous the first time and re-heated! Ingredients:
1 teaspoon ground basil |
2 teaspoons garlic powder |
1 teaspoon ground oregano |
3 garlic cloves, clove(s) |
4 cups chopped fresh spinach |
olive oil flavored cooking spray (10 sprays) |
1 cup red onion |
1/2 cup fat free feta cheese |
4 ounces bresaola |
whole wheat pizza dough |
Directions:
1. Let dough thaw overnight. Let sit at room temp for 20 minutes. Roll out on 12 diameter pizza tray. 2. Cook onions and garlic in olive oil spray just before they start to go translucent. Sprinkle with garlic, oregano and basil. 3. Top dough with onion mixture. Sprinkle chopped bresaola, chopped spinach and feta on pizza. 4. Bake for 10 minutes. |
