Bakes in 325 oven for 15 minutes. Cover with sour cream and cheese. Return to oven 5 minutes or till cheese melts. Ingredients:
2 10-ounce packages frozen chopped spinach |
3 slices bacon, cooked and crumbled |
1 6-ounce can sliced mushrooms, drained (1 cup) |
1/4 teaspoon dried marjoram, crushed |
1 cup dairy sour cream |
1/2 cup shredded sharp process american cheese |
Directions:
1. Cook spinach according to package directions. 2. Drain well spread on bottom of 10x6x1 1/2-inch baking dish. 3. Arrange bacon and mushrooms over spinach. 4. Sprinkle with dash pepper and marjoram. 5. Bake at 325 degrees for 15 minutes. 6. Cover with sour cream and cheese. 7. Return to oven 5 minutes or till cheese melts. 8. Serves 6. |
