Breakfast scramble, can lose the butter to cut down fat. Ingredients:
6 egg whites |
2 whole eggs |
1 tablespoon butter |
1/4 cup onion |
5 ounce fresh spinach |
1 tomato |
Directions:
1. Beat eggs and whites thoroughly in a bowl. 2. Melt butter in pan. 3. Add spinach and onion and cook until all spinach is wilted. Add tomato and eggs and stir frequently until firm. |
