Spinach Dip With Mushrooms |

This is great with cut up raw vegetables. Ingredients:
1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry |
1 1/2 cups nonfat sour cream |
1 cup fat-free mayonnaise |
1 cup chopped fresh mushrooms |
3 green onions, chopped |
Directions:
1. In a medium-sized bowl, combine all ingredients. 2. Mix well. 3. cover and refrigerate. 4. Serve chilled with a variety of raw vegetables. |
