Spinach Dip with Crudites |

The always-popular spinach dip just got easier. Just combine frozen chopped spinach with yogurt, sour cream and onion, and serve with assorted fresh veggies or chips. Ingredients:
1 10-oz. package frozen spinach, thawed and squeezed dry |
3/4 cup plain yogurt |
3/4 cup reduced-fat mayonnaise |
2 scallions, white part only, thinly sliced |
salt and pepper |
assorted crudités |
Directions:
1. Blend spinach, yogurt, mayonnaise and scallions in a food processor until smooth. Season with salt and pepper. Keep covered and chilled until ready to serve. Arrange crudités around dip; serve cold. |
