My favorite spinach dip recipe rolled in flour tortillas! My most requested appetizer recipe. Ingredients:
10 ounces frozen chopped spinach, thawed and squeezed dry |
1 (3 -5 ounce) package knorr vegetable soup mix |
16 ounces sour cream |
1 cup mayonnaise |
8 ounces water chestnuts, finely chopped |
3 green onions, chopped |
10 (12 inch) flour tortillas |
Directions:
1. Stir together soup mix, sour cream, and mayo until well blended. 2. Stir in spinach, water chestnuts and green onions. 3. Spread tortillas with dip, not quite to the edges. 4. Roll up tightly. 5. Slice into 1 inch pieces. 6. Arrange on serving platter and refrigerate until ready to serve. |
